Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- A valid reason to return the item
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Arezel.
Please always make sure to review the products you are about to order. If you are shown an offer, you can always reject it. Once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged items & Our Money Back Guarantee
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately(Under 24 hours) for assistance.
If the item was damaged or defected we will always send a replacement as long as sufficient proof of the damage applies. This could for instance be a photograph/video of the damaged product.
Unfortunately, sale items with more than a 50% discount cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
